About IFS Configuration Analyzer

IFS Configuration Analyzer is a tool intended to be used by IFS customers themselves to analyze their own IFS configuration files when preforming an update on IFS Applications.

Obtaining the setup

The latest release of IFS Configuration Analyzer setup is currently available at: \\corpnet\files\F1Tools\IFSConfigurationAnalyzer\ & \\corpnet\files\F1ToolsExternal\IFSConfigurationAnalyzer\.

Here, the latest application setup file (.msi) and the Interface Reports file (.zip) required for analysis will be available along with a documentation file (.pdf).

Installing IFS Configuration Analyzer

IFS Configuration Analyzer has a straightforward installation process. Please follow the following steps for the installation.

1. Click Next on the dialog below.
   
2. Check "I accept the terms in the License Agreement" and click Next.
   
3. Select the Installation folder (If changing the default installation folder, else this can be left as it is).
   
4. Click Install.
   
5. After the installation is complete, the below screen will pop up. Click Finish. A new icon to launch IFS Configuration Analyzer will be available in the desktop.
