Analyze Data using Predefined Queries
Explanation
This activity is used to analyze data to support the day-to-day tasks. Use
the information in the pages listed under the Pages section to help you analyze
data e.g., to find missing data.
- Use the Total Usage per Serial page to view
the actual and planned usage for a serial. You can view pending and/or planned
and running maintenance events, planned task cards, interval maintenance,
modifications (to be performed) outside the planning horizon, and deferred
faults per serial.
- Use the Support for Structure Changes and Operational Planning
page to find the most suitable vehicle or serial to use in a serial structure
or for an operational event.
- Use the Support for Fault Handling assistant
to find the best practice for repairing a fault, e.g., by evaluating information
for similar faults. Based on a selected product, model, and function number,
together with fault code from registering faults in a selected time frame,
historical information for repaired faults can give support on later occasions
or similar repairs of the same kind of faults. Note: For more information
on investigating similar faults, refer to the
Investigate
Similar Faults activity.
- Use the Maintenance Data per Template Structure
page to find any missing maintenance data for serialized parts in a template
structure. Expand the list for each serial for which you want to view information
on connected operational parameters, maintenance groups, and operational
parameters per maintenance group.
- Use the Compare Template and Serial Structures
page to find the differences between a serial structure and the template
structure. Note: For more information on finding the difference between
a serial structure and its template, refer to the
Compare Structures
activity.
- Use the Historical Operational Parameter Values
to find the total measured values for all operational parameters on a serial.
Historical operational parameter values are generated from operational loggings
and/or manually entered when an event or work order is finished.
Prerequisites
- Data must be registered for the serial and the serial must have been
in operation.
- To view data in the
Maintenance
Data Per Template Structure page, template structures and maintenance
data must exist.
System Effects
- Serials are analyzed to support the day-to-day tasks.
- You will be able to gain an overview of the registered maintenance data
in the Maintenance
Data Per Template Structure page.
