Set Work Assignment Status to Accepted

Explanation

Use this activity to change the status of the Work Assignment to Accepted in mobile. The status is used to indicate that the work assignment has been accepted by the assignee. It is possible to disable the need to Accept an assignment by using a Workflow Configuration of Configuration Type Work Task, with the action Allow Accept set to disabled.

Prerequisites

• The work assignment should exist on the mobile device.
• The work assignment should be assigned or should exist as a pool task.

System Effects

• The work assignment is set to the Accepted status.
• If the Accept o option is disabled via a workflow configuration, the work assignment status is changed to Accepted automatically when downloading the work assignment to mobile.
