Set Work Assignment Status to Incomplete

Explanation

This activity is used when the planned work cannot be completed fully during the current assignment. Once an assignment has been set to Incomplete, an incomplete cause must be provided and it is possible to specify how much time remains to complete the planned work. A dispatcher can then plan another work assignment, to complete the remaining work. It is possible to enable create a new work assignment from mobile if the "New Work Assignment" setting in Workflow Configuration has been enabled.

Prerequisites

• A work assignment should exist.
• If there is any work performed through the work assignment, the usages should be reported in.
• Incomplete codes must be defined in Incomplete Cause page.

System Effects

• The Work assignment will be set to status Incomplete.
• The Assignment Finish Date on the work assignment is updated with the current date.
• If the work assignment is in status Work Started, the Work Finish Date is updated with current date.
• If follow on work assignments exist (visits), they will be cancelled.
