This activity is used to define a Locality. The Locality can be associated with Locations. If a Do In Locality Incentive has been defined, it is applied to all jobs that are linked to a location with the locality. If the Do In Locality Incentive is left blank and the Do On Location Incentive is specified, the Do On Location Incentive will be used for all locations with the same locality. The Do In Locality Incentive can be used together with the Do on Location Incentive. For more information about incentives refer to the Location Scheduling Details.
