On this page you will find the specifications regarding the Model: CRM and Dimension Table: CUSTOMER ORDER LINE.
This model fact represents customer order lines and it is based on the fact FACT_CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE in IFS Cloud. All models that refer to this table will have the attributes and hierarchies as described below.

| Demand Code | This column shows from where the customer order was created. |
| Invoice Blocked | Indicates if an order line is invoice blocked. This means that the order line cannot be invoiced. |
| Line Status | The status of the customer order line. |
| Price Source | The origin of the part's price on the order line. |
| PriceList No | The price list from which the prices are fetched for the order line. |
| Rental | Indicates whether the order line is a rental line. |
| Ship Days Early Interval | Interval describing the number of days an order line was shipped too early compared to planned ship date (SHIP_DAYS_EARLY) |
| Ship Days Late Interval | Interval describing the number of days an order line was shipped too late compared to planned ship date (SHIP_DAYS_LATE) |
| Ship Days Off Time Interval | Interval describing the number of deviation days an order line was shipped compared to planned ship date (SHIP_DAYS_OFF_TIME) |

The data source for this object is defined using IFS Developer Tool. The data source contains a number of transformations where the model reads data from the last step, i.e. the Data source view name (DW Source View Name).
