FACT_BUSINESS_ACTIVITY
Business Activity information source is based on IFS Business Activities. The information source can be used to design reports and queries about Business Activities in IFS CRM in order to analyze statuses of Business Activities by the responsible Sales Representative, type of activity (meeting, email, call, etc.) as well as the connected account or lead contact or company.

FACT_BUSINESS_LEAD_CONTACT
Business Lead Contact information source is based on IFS Lead Contact. This can be used to design reports and queries about Lead Contacts, in order to analyze their connection to lead companies, as well as their connection to Business Activities and Marketing Campaigns.

FACT_BUSINESS_OPP
Business Opportunity information source is based on IFS Business Opportunity. This information source can be used to design reports and queries about Business Opportunities, in order to analyze the sales pipeline or performance of a the company and individual sales representatives. Important measures of the Business Opportunity are estimated or actual opportunity values, in both base currency or Opportunity currency, which indicate the amount of a potential deal, as well as estimated close date, which indicates when the deal is expected to be closed. Business Opportunities are often analyzed by Sales Representative, company, account, business type, market, stage and probability.

FACT_BUSINESS_OPP_LINE
Business Opportunity Line information source is based on IFS\Business Opportunity Line. This information source can be used to design reports and queries about Business Opportunities Lines, in order to analyze which products are used in Business Opportunities. Business Opportunity Lines are optionally used to specify the Business Opportunity, by connecting a Sales Part or non-Sales Part to it. Business Opportunity lines have a sales part number, a sales price, a sales part type and a quantity. The Business Opportunity Lines roll up to the actual opportunity value of Business Opportunities and can be connected to Sales Quotation lines further down the process.

FACT_CUSTOMER_INVOICE
Customer Invoices information source is based on IFS\Customer Invoices. This information source can be used to design reports and queries about customers and customer invoices. The customer invoice amount and tax amount in transaction currency and accounting currency together with open amount for invoices can be analyzed in different dimensions such as company, customer, invoice type, and the code string.

FACT_CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE
Customer Order Line information source is based on IFS\Customer Order Lines. The main purpose of this information source is to present data based on the customer order lines to support high level summarizations and analyzes to evaluate sales, for instance, using the Count Perfect Order metrics.

FACT_RETURN_MATERIAL_LINE
Return Material Line Source is based on IFS\Return Material Authorization. The main purpose of this information source is to present data based on the return material authorization lines to support high level summarizations and analyzes to evaluate sales including returns.

FACT_SALES_QUOTATION_LINE
Sales Quotation Line information source is based on IFS\Sales Quotation. This information source can be used to design reports and queries about Sales Quotations, in order to analyze the pipeline or performance of a the company and individual coordinators. Important measures of the Sales Quotation are net and gross amounts, in both base currency or quotation currency and the customer’s wanted delivery date. Sales Quotations are often analyzed by coordinator, company, customer, market, region, district, stage and probability.

FACT_BUSINESS_LEAD
The main objective of this information source is to present data based on the leads to support high level summarizations and analysis to evaluate leads.

FACT_MARKETING_CAMPAIGN
The main objective of this information source is to present data based on the marketing campaigns to support high level summarizations and analysis to evaluate marketing campaigns.

The Crm model is using the Company Reporting Period dimension, which means that it is necessary to create a specific Reporting Period Definition to be used by this tabular model. The created/selected identity must also be defined in the lookup configuration for the Tabular Model, using Source = 'Crm'.
