Fleet List tab
The Fleet List tab displays the list of aircraft for which the user has authority. You can filter the list to show the assemblies you're interested in and to hide columns you don't want to see.
On the Fleet List tab, select one aircraft at a time to create a flight record, raise a fault, create a task, create a work package (including the quick creation of work packages for turn and service checks), create a usage record, and access the 5-Day Planner for that aircraft.
The fleet list table contains the following columns:
- Operating Condition Icon: Icon that identifies the operating status of the aircraft.
- Aircraft: The assembly name and registration code of the aircraft.
- Serial No: the inventory number of the aircraft.
- Aircraft Registration (number)
- Fin No (number)
- Current HOURS: the current flying hours for the aircraft. Value is displayed according the setting for the USAGE_HOURS_AS_DECIMAL configuration parameter - either as a number or in time format.
- Operating Status: The aircraft's current status, which indicates whether the aircraft can be scheduled for flights, is undergoing maintenance, is awaiting release from maintenance, is under MEL, has an open fault, or is grounded because it has an overdue or an AOG fault. When an aircraft's operating status changes, you can click the status icon to view details and link to the Inventory Details page where you can make any necessary changes.
- Capability: The aircraft capability, for example, whether the aircraft is ETOPS-compliant.
- Location: Current location of the aircraft.
- Next Work Package: This area of the table shows information about the work package that is
currently in work for the aircraft; when there is no work package in work for an aircraft, the
information shown pertains to the upcoming work package that has the earliest scheduled start
date. For each work package, the following information is provided:
- Name: The name of the work package.
- Start Date: For work packages that have not been started yet, this column shows the scheduled start date. For work packages that are in work, IN PROGRESS is shown.
- End Date: The estimated end date of the work package.
- Work Location: The maintenance location where the work package is scheduled.
- Work Type: The work type(s) associated with the work package.
- Class - Subclass: The class and subclass (or subtype) assigned to the work package. Aircraft work packages have the CHECK class, and the subclass, when one is assigned, is a value set up by your organizations, for example C-CHECK.
