Batch Create Users
When you want to create multiple users it is convenient to use the Batch Create
Users wizard. This wizard lets you create multiple users and at the same
time also define the user settings which should be equal for all the users. The
wizard has 4 steps described below. You can always cancel the operation before
you click finish or go back to change something in the previous step.
	- In the first page you enter the User ID:s and names for all the user you
want to create, typically you create the users in batches such that all users
in the same batch should have quite similar settings. You can click finish to
create the users or click next to continue to do further configuration. User
ID:s, names and Directory ID:s can be imported from file. Click on the "Import
from File..." link and select a file from the file system. Accepted file formats
are .xml and .txt. A txt file should have the User ID , Name and Directory ID
separated by ";" Each line in the txt file should consist of <USER ID>;<NAME>;<DIRECTORY
ID> like JOSMCO;John Smith;JOSMCO. An xml file using the standard format as
when exporting spreadsheets into xml where the first column is the User ID,
the second is the Name and the third column is the Directory ID will also be
	accepted.

	- Select whether the user should be active, a person should be created and
if a database account should be created. You can click finish to create the
users or click next to continue to do further configuration.

	- In this step you can manage all settings available in the User Settings
tree in the User form like Permission Sets, available Companies and Sites, Business
roles etc. You can click finish to create the users or click next to view a
summary of the users that will be created.

	- This page shows a summary of the users that will be created. Clicking on
Finish will create these users and cancel will close the wizard without
creating any users. You can also go back to change any settings in previous
	steps.
