Segregation of Duties is a tool to analyze how well the security is setup separating the duties between users. The analysis shows any inappropriate user access and identifies which users that have access to specific functions in the system.
The Segregation of Duties form is the starting point when configuring the rules that are used in the Segregation of Duties Analysis. The most common tasks are available as short links on this page for example Create Functional Area and List Functional Area Conflicts.
From this start page you can easily find and navigate to existing Functional Areas. Type the initial letters of the Functional Area in the "Find Functional Area" field followed by pressing ctrl+K on your keyboard. Once the Functional Area is shown in the field press the navigate button to the right and the Functional Area including detail information is shown in the Functional Area form.
