The cContainerTabDialogBox prototype class is used to create dialog boxes
with tabs for multiple independent data sources.
The tabs on a cContainerTabDialogBox must be associated with windows. The
data sources of the windows placed on tabs should not have any relations to each
other.
In practice, the cContainerTabDialogBox is just a way to group several
windows in a set of tabs.
