SalBoolean DataRecordExecuteRemove( SalSqlHandle hSql )
The DataRecordExecuteRemove method performs server deletion of records marked for removal.

The return value is true if the record is removed successfully, false otherwise.
DataRecordExecuteRemove is called once for each record marked for removal by the DataSourceExecuteSqlDelete method during the save process.
