SalNumber UserDefinedQuerySave(SalNumber nGlobal, SalString sParams)
The UserDefinedQuerySave method will save the user defined query.

| SalNumber nGlobal | whether the query is a global query or not |
| SalString sParams | the Where Clause or the query |
This method does not return a value.
If the query is a Global query, it will be saved under the current view name.
If the query is a normal query, it will be saved under the Profile Section or the form name.
