SalBoolean Unpack( sMessage )
The Unpack method initializes a cMessage object from a string containing a packed IFS message.

| SalString sMessage | Packed IFS message from which to initialize the cMessage object. |
The return value is true if the message was successfully unpacked, false otherwise.
Applications do NOT need to call the Construct method before calling Unpack.
