SalBoolean PictureBrowse( SalNumber nWhat )
The PictureBrowse method opens a "Browse File" dialog that the user can use to select a picture to show in the picture control.

| SalNumber nWhat | Standard method parameter. Possible values are Const.METHOD_Inquire, Const.METHOD_Execute. |
When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Inquire: the return value is TRUE if a picture is currently present in the control, FALSE otherwise.
When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Execute: the return value is TRUE if the user selected a picture, or FALSE if no picture was selected.
