SalWindowHandle SplitterGetFirst()
The SplitterGetFirst method returns the window handle of the first associated object or window.
The return value is the window handle of the first associated object or window.
For a vertical splitter the first object is on the left side, for a horizontal splitter the first object is on the top half.
