Const.PM_DataItemEditor
An application or the framework sends the PM_DataItemEditor message to a data item to invoke the edit dialog.

When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Inquire, TRUE is returned if editor may be used for the data item, FALSE otherwise.
When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Execute, TRUE is returned if the editor was successfully invoked and the user pressed OK in the dialog, FALSE otherwise.
