Const.PM_PictureViewInWindow
Applications and the framework send the Const.PM_PictureViewInWindow to cPictureDataItem objects to open a separate viewing window for the picture which allows the user to view a larger portion of the picture.

When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Inquire, the return value is TRUE if there is a picture present, FALSE otherwise.
