Const.PM_TableColumnsReset
Applications and the framework send the Const.PM_TableColumnsReset message to table objects to reset the column width to default profile or design time settings.
Applications can override this message to control standard popup-menu item "Reset Columns".

When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Inquire, the return value is TRUE if user have security permissions for Column Reorganize, FALSE otherwise.
When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Execute: the return value is always TRUE.
