Configure Access Studio¶
Overview¶
This page details how to initialize the Access Studio from the Build Place and Release Update Studio. Please note that the Build Place Administrator has the privilege to initialize the Access Studio.
Prerequisites:¶

The deployment model of the Build Place must be Remote

The Build Place must be in Active Status
-
AI Component of the Build Place is Enabled

The Build Place or Release Update Studio on version 25.1.1 or later.
Instructions:¶

To initialize Access Studio, first log in to the Lifecycle Experience Center and navigate to Build Studio.

Then choose your Build Place and click Go to Build Place.

Click Initialize Access Studio in the Build Place Detailed View.

If the Build Place version is below 25R1, but the Release Update Studio’s Baseline Version is 25R1 or later, then the Initialize Access Studio button appears only in the Release Update Studio.

Once the Initialize Access Studio is clicked, the Confirm Access Studio Initialization dialog appears.

Select Yes, Proceed Now check box and click Confirm.

Once initialization begins, the Initializing Access Studio button gets disabled.

Immediately upon initialization, you receive an email with a registration link and a six-digit One-Time-Password(OTP).
Important
The OTP is valid for 5 business days

To proceed, please check your email and click the link provided. It takes you to the registration screen and begins the process.

Upon entering the correct OTP, you are redirected to the password setup page.

Once the password is set, you are notified that the registration is complete and initialization finishes successfully.

When the first Admin user from your organization signs in to Access Studio, the system prompts for your organization’s details. This setup is required because the information is used throughout the subsequent operations.

When initialization completes successfully, the Access Studio option becomes visible in the side menu bar as illustrated in the image below. Once Access Studio is clicked, it will redirect you to the Access Studio.
