Attach serviceability documents to received inventory
Once you have determined that received inventory is serviceable, you can attach the serviceability documents that came with it for storage in Maintenix.
- Scan the document.
- On the Shipment Details page, Shipment Lines tab, Line Description column, click the inventory name.
- On the Inventory
Details page, Details tab, Attachments area, click Add Attachment
. - On the Add Attachment page, in the Attachment area, drag and drop the file or click to select a file.
- Enter the requested information and click OK or to add another attachment, click OK and Repeat.
