Attach serviceability documents to received inventory

Once you have determined that received inventory is serviceable, you can attach the serviceability documents that came with it for storage in Maintenix.

  1. Scan the document.
  2. On the Shipment Details page, Shipment Lines tab, Line Description column, click the inventory name.
  3. On the Inventory Details page, Details tab, Attachments area, click Add Attachment .
  4. On the Add Attachment page, in the Attachment area, drag and drop the file or click to select a file.
  5. Enter the requested information and click OK or to add another attachment, click OK and Repeat.
The document is available in the Attachments area.
