You can record an ad hoc count to ensure accurate inventory
records for parts on an as needed basis.
You can use a mobile device to rapidly scan the barcode for
inventory stored in bins that are sub-locations of serviceable and unserviceable
stores. When you are finished counting, you can review the quantities for each part
number on the Ad Hoc Count tab, and then submit the count.
If you find an unexpected part in a bin while counting inventory,
you can manually record it as an unexpected part.
Important: You must click Submit to add the part
number and save the count for the unexpected part. If you do not click Submit,
the information that you enter will be lost.
