Print task cards

  • The workscope is committed.
Task cards contain all of the information needed to complete a task, including work instructions, and the required tools and parts. You can print the task card for an individual task, or you can print some or all of the task cards for a work package. For each task card, Maintenix prints the following:
  • Job card: One page of details about the task, including the task barcode, name, and description. You can scan the barcode on the job card to find the matching record in Maintenix.
  • Job card steps: Instructions attached to the specific task, including skills attached to these steps. Examples of step skills include AandP and AMT.

  • Signatures: Sign offs for any labor performed; including certification and independent inspection, if applicable.

  • Technical references: Specific sections of technical manuals required to carry out the task.
  • Attachments: PDF files that contain information related to the task.
Note: You can print off a found fault report when administering faults. A found fault report, much like a task card, contains information required for completing a fault, including: a barcode; baseline steps; skills and skill status; work performed; certification; independent inspection, and signatures.
You can print an individual task card directly from a task, or print multiple or all task cards from the work package. Printing all task cards in a work package involves printing several hundred task cards, IETMs, and attachments.
