Work package management

As the scheduled maintenance visit approaches, production planners review, adjust, schedule, and commit the workscope that was defined by long range planners. During the visit and afterwards, production controllers make plan adjustments and manage task cards and tally sheets.

The Maintenix Production Planning and Control (PP&C) application is designed to manage heavy maintenance work packages, which are typically much larger than line and shop work packages.
