Record flight disruptions

You can record flight disruptions including flight delays and cancellations caused by delayed services, slow baggage loading, or aircraft maintenance.

You can record the length and cause of the disruption, the aircraft affected, and, if applicable, the maintenance task or fault that caused the disruption. You can enter flight disruptions manually as a single disruption entry per session or as multiple iterative disruption entries per session, or they can be received by the Flight API from your organization's flight following system.

The Create Flight Disruption function can be accessed from both the To Do List and the Flight Disruption Search page.

  1. On the Flight Disruption Search page, click Create Flight Disruption.
  2. On the Create Flight Disruption page, provide the requested information.
  3. To finish adding a single disruption record click OK.
  4. To save the current record and add a new record, click OK and Add New Disruption. You will be redirected to a new flight disruption creation view prefilled by details of the previous entry.
  5. To clear all information, click Clear.
  6. To delete a disruption record, select the respective record from the New Disruptions list, and click Delete.
Note: When adding a second disruption record with the same details as the first by using OK and Add New Disruption, you will see a warning requesting to proceed with or cancel the disruption record as the previous record will be duplicated.
