Create work packages for tasks or faults

You can select one or more tasks or faults to create a work package.

1. On the Inventory Details page, Open tab, Open Tasks sub-tab or Open Faults sub-tab, select one or more tasks or faults.
2. Click Create Work Package for Task or Create Work Package for Fault.
3. Provide the required information. Note the following:
   • Scheduled Hours Multiplier: Use this field if you think that it will take more or less time to complete the work package than the current estimated duration of the included tasks. This field appears with a default value; alternatively, enter a value by which the estimated duration will be multiplied to obtain a more realistic time estimate.
4. Click OK.
