Integrate non routine quotation flow

Non routine quotation flow uses below two workflows to create sales quotations for non routine approval. Those workflows need to be activated in order to create and get approval for non routines using sales quotations.

• amNonRoutineSalesQuoteCreate - Create sales quotations and sales quotation lines
• amNonRoutineSalesQuoteFetch - Fetch changes for the created sales quotation lines when the sales quotation is Won or Lost
