Remove Finally Posted on Aviation Task
Explanation
When an aviation task transaction is marked Finally Posted, it is excluded from transfer runs
and reposting evaluation.
You can remove finally posted manually only while the aviation task is not closed. On the Tasks
Overview tab of hangar or line work package commercials, select the aviation task and run Remove
Finally Posted. The command is on the aviation task, not on individual cost lines or transactions. Cost
lines and transactions show the Finally Posted indicator only. Doing so affects all aviation task
transactions on that task.

Prerequisites
- The finally posted option must be selected on the aviation task (all aviation task transactions on the task
must be finally posted).
- The aviation task must not be in status Finished. If the task is finished, reopen it before
you remove finally posted.
Procedure
- Open the Hangar Maintenance Work Package Commercials or Line Maintenance Work
Package Commercials page. See View Work Package Commercials and
View Line Maintenance Work
Package Commercials.
- Select the work package.
- On the Tasks Overview tab, select the aviation task.
- Run Remove Finally Posted.
System Effects
- The Finally Posted indicator is removed from all affected aviation task transactions and the
related cost lines on the task.
- The transactions on the task are again evaluated for reposting and can be included in transfer assistants
when applicable.
- You can set the aviation task to finally posted again when required. See Manually Set Aviation Task Transaction to Finally
Posted.
