Link a document as a technical reference

Technical references are hyperlinks to IETM content. You can link a physical document to a reference document as a technical reference.

  1. On the Reference Document Details page, Technical References area, click . The IETM Search page opens with the buttons related to Technical References.
  2. On the IETM Search page, click Create Technical Reference.
  3. On the Add Technical Reference page, provide the required information. Note the following:
    • Printable: Select if the attachment is printable.
      Tip: To print the technical reference, it must be a link to a PDF file.
  4. Click OK.
