This section will be your primary source for tracking user activity as it reflects all calls made and attempted.
There are two different perspectives for call logs.
- My Call log - Visible to all remote assistance end users with their call history.
- Admin call log - Have access to all the call logs of all users.
Admin Call Log
Call data includes:
- Participants details -Date and length of the call, Device used, End Status, Network
- Event Log
- A link to download the recordings
- ** The recordings are stored on external site and available only for 60 days.
Call End Status¶
Remote Assistance captures all attempted and completed calls.
- Call Ended
- No Answer
- User not Reachable
