Call log

This section will be your primary source for tracking user activity as it reflects all calls made and attempted.

There are two different perspectives for call logs.

  1. My Call log     - Visible to all remote assistance end users with their call history.
  2. Admin call log - Have access to all the call logs of all users.

Call log data includes:

  1. Participants details - Date and length of the call, Device used, End Status, Network
  2. A link to download the recordings
    • ** The recordings are stored on external site and available only for 60 days.
  3. A link to navigate to a detailed view of the call log in the Help Lightning application.

Call End Status

Remote Assistance captures all attempted and completed calls.

  • Call Ended
  • No Answer
  • User not Reachable
