One Time call

This functionality allows you to establish a remote assitance call session with a user the is not part of the system, or who is not already set up as a remote assitance user.

The "Send call invite" option is available within the contact widget popup under the following conditions:

  1. Logged in user is configured as a remote assistance user and is active.
  2. The user/person on the contact widget is not configured to be a remote assistance user.

Contact Widget

When you click on the "Send call invite", you will be direct to a new browser tab that will authenticate your user in Help Lightning and navigate you to the one time call invite page. Help Lighting has the requirement that you must use a country code to prefix your phone number. If you have the proper country code assigned to your user/person record, the number will be formatted and will auto populate. Name and email address will also auto populate from your person record.
