System Engineer

The system engineer role in Maintenix allows you to complete the following activities:

• Create a new aircraft or configuration assembly

• Create a sub-assembly configuration slot on the assembly

• Create a system config slot on the assembly

• Create a tracked configuration slot on an assembly

• Create aircraft part numbers

• Create part groups

• Reject part numbers and part obsolescence

• Delete part numbers

• Set up prorated life limits

Change the inventory class of parts

• Promote batch-controlled parts to serial-controlled

• Promote serial-controlled parts to tracked

• Demote Tracked Parts to Serial-Controlled

• Demote serial-controlled parts to batch-controlled

Compliance tasks

• Receive and activate airworthiness directives

• Receive and activate service bulletins

• Create engineering orders for compliance

• Linking compliance documents

• Update compliance documents with new revisions

• Supersede compliance documents

• Update compliance documents with new revisions
