Technical Records

The technical records role in Maintenix allows you to complete the following activities:

• Edit inventory details

• Attach and detach components outside of tasks to correct configuration

• Change the inventory class of parts

  • Promote batch-controlled parts to serial-controlled

  • Promote serial-controlled parts to tracked

  • Demote Tracked Parts to Serial-Controlled

  • Demote serial-controlled parts to batch-controlled

• Adjust and correct task deadlines

• Create flight records

• Record flight disruptions

• Record technical incidents and occurrences

• Lock and unlock inventory records

• Coordinate aircraft records
