Scheduling Optimization Logs¶
The Scheduling Optimization Logs show logging information for IFS Optimization Framework. This includes communication between IFS Cloud and IFS Planning and Scheduling Optimization (PSO), and Static Scheduling Optimization using an IFS.ai account.

The Log Source indicates the area of processing that generated the log:
- Configuration - Configuration related processing.
- Dataset - Dataset related processing, such as sending a load or changes.
- Schedule - Scheduled processing of datasets.
- Output - Processing of output data received from PSO.
- Trigger - Change detection triggers.
- Db Process - Database processes used for immediate change transfer and for polling Scheduling Optimization Jobs.
- Appointment - Appointment booking.
The Log Level is controlled from the Scheduling Optimization Configuration page.
- Error - Only errors are being logged. This is the default setting.
- Warning - Errors and warnings are being logged.
- Info - High level information logged in addition to errors and warnings.
- Trace - Detailed information logged in addition to the above levels. Note! This generates extensive logging information and is only recommended to be set for investigation purposes.
- Debug - More in-depth information logged in addition to the above levels. Note! This generates extensive logging information and is only recommended to be set for investigation purposes.
Logs for a selected dataset can also be opened using the View Logs command on Scheduling Optimization Datasets.
The logs are cleaned up with the Database Task Clean Up Scheduling Optimization where it is possible to control how long the logs will be kept before being deleted.
