Scheduling Optimization Jobs¶
The Scheduling Optimization Jobs show information about the jobs used for Static Scheduling Optimization using an IFS.ai account.

The jobs are handled through the following states:
- Not Started - The job has been created but has not yet been queued.
- Queued - The job is waiting to be processed by the IFS.ai service.
- Running - The job is being processed by the IFS.ai service.
- Generated - The schedule has been generated. Output data and job validations are retrieved from the IFS.ai service.
- Failed - The job has failed. Job validations are retrieved when available.
- Finished - The output data has been retrieved and the job has completed.
- Aborted - The job has been aborted.
The jobs in state Finished or Aborted are cleaned up with the Database Task Clean Up Scheduling Optimization where it is possible to control how long the data will be kept before being deleted.
Activities in Scheduling Optimization Jobs¶
Refresh Status¶
This command updates the status of the selected job from the IFS.ai service.
This command is only available if the job is in state Queued, Running or Generated.
Abort Job¶
This command aborts the selected job in the IFS.ai service.
This command is only available if the job is not already in state Aborted or Finished.
Application Messages¶
This command opens the Application Messages related to the selected job.
Job Validations¶
This command opens the Scheduling Optimization Job Validations for the selected job.
