Enable permissions for multiple roles

The Role Permission Editor gives you a view of all the permissions in one category at a time with all the roles that do and do not have the permissions enabled. On this page, you can easily enable and make adjustments to role permissions.

1. From your role menu, select Role Permission Editor.
2. From the Category list, select a category.
3. Do the following:
   • To enable permissions for roles, select the role check box.
   • To disable permissions for roles, clear the role check box.
4. Click Apply.
5. Optional: In the Category list, select another category, select the role check boxes that you want, and click Apply.
6. When you are done, click Close.
