Enable permissions for a single role

When you create a role or if you need to edit or disable permissions for just one role, you can do this from the Role Details page in the user interface.

The following steps are for enabling permissions for roles. You cannot enable permissions for specific users in the UI, but you can go to the User Details page, Roles tab and assign a role with the permission that you want to a user to have.
  1. From your Administrator menu, click Role Search.
  2. Click Search and click the role you want.
  3. Click the Permissions tab.
  4. Optional: In the Search Criteria area, select a Category.
  5. Click Search, then select the check boxes of the permissions that you want to enable.
  6. Click Enable and then click OK.
