Capacity summary

The Capacity Summary tab displays the summary of capacity for labor, parts, and tools for line locations assigned with an Overnight Capacity Shift for work packages scheduled during this shift.

You can filter the page to display results by a number of days, by station, or to show only stations where there is inadequate capacity for labor, parts, or tools.

The following capacity summary information is displayed in the table:

  • Line Location: The stations for which the capacity is displayed.
  • For each date, you can see the following information:
    • # of Work Packages: The number of work packages scheduled at the corresponding location.
    • Labor: The capacity status of labor resources.
    • Part: The capacity status of parts.
    • Tool: The capacity status of tools.

The capacity status of labor, parts and tools is summarized by an icon as follows:

  • A green check mark indicates that the station has capacity for the particular resource. For example, a green check in the Part column means that there parts available for all work packages scheduled for that day.
  • A yellow warning icon indicates that the station does not have the capacity for the particular resource available locally, but there are resources available remotely. For example, a yellow warning in the Part column means that there not enough parts available locally for all work packages, but there are parts available at the supplier location.
  • A red circle indicates that the station does not have the capacity for the particular resource. For example, a red circle in the Labor column means that there is not enough labor resources to handle all work packages scheduled for that day.
