Productivity factor

A location's productivity factor is an overall assessment of the capability of the location and its staff to complete maintenance tasks in the amount of time specified for the task duration.

A productivity factor of 100% means that tasks are usually completed in the specified task duration; less than 100% means it takes longer to complete the tasks, perhaps because the staff is less experienced; more than 100% means that tasks are completed more quickly than the specified duration. This value is for information purposes only, but it is helpful when adjusting production plans created for specific work packages.
