Create financial accounts

You can create various types of accounts, including scrap, return to vendor, and expense accounts.

You can create separate accounts, and apply activities such as part requests, inventory issues, inventory turn-ins, inventory scrapping, and bin leveling to the appropriate account. Each vendor can also have an account to track the charges for external work packages.

Maintenix uses financial accounts for asset and liability management, tracking the debits and credits as events occur.

  1. On the Account Search page, Accounts Found tab, click Create Account.
  2. On the Create Account page, provide the requested information and click OK.
