Create Maintenix reports

Maintenix reports provide access to information for the purpose of review, verification, and compliance.

Maintenix can provide reports on a wide variety of items. Depending on the type of report, Maintenix will do one of the following:

  • Generate the report. For example, the Functional Access report.
  • Prompt you to enter appropriate values and generate the report. For example, the Department Member list.
  • Log into Jaspersoft and the report will generate in Jaspersoft. For example, the Financial Inventory Stock report.
  • Log into Jaspersoft, prompt for parameters, and generate the report in Jaspersoft. For example, the Summary Financial report.

In addition, you can use the Business Intelligence menu item to log in to Jaspersoft directly and click on a report to generate.

To create a report that will be generated in Jaspersoft, complete the following. Based on your role and authority, the reports you can access may differ.

  1. Click the down arrow beside the Maintenix logo; then select the report to run.
    For reports other than those on the Business Intelligence menu item, go to step 3.
  2. Click the Business Intelligence menu item:
    1. On the Jaspersoft report page, enter your user name and password if required.
    2. On the Jaspersoft report page, click the view list under Reports.
    3. On the Reports page, click the report to generate.
  3. On the Input Controls page, enter the parameters to generate the report and click OK.
