The application server might end up in a faulty state. This check will monitor its health and return the current status of each application server.

Multiple Instances: Yes (per managed server)

Interval: Every 5 minutes (288 times per day)

Status	Expression
Critical	If ( Health State == “HEALTH_OVERLOADED”
Warning	If ( Health State == “HEALTH_WARN”
OK	If not status Warning or Critical.
Unknown	Missing application response.
