Administrative location types
Administrative locations are mandatory.
| Name | Code | Description |
|---|---|---|
| System | SYSTEM | There can be only one system location. |
| Archive | ARCHIVE | Holds the inventory records for inventory items that have been archived. All archived inventory records are held in a single location. It is possible to unarchive inventory records from this location. |
| Operation | OPS | Assigned to aircraft in flight, and to inventory being shipped between remote locations. |
| Scrap | SCRAP | A theoretical location that holds inventory records for inventory items that have been deemed permanently unserviceable or beyond repair, and that have been destroyed. It is possible to unscrap inventory records from this location. |
