Raise faults from Station Monitoring

  1. Click the more icon for the flight, and then click Raise Fault.
  2. Do one of the following:
    To Do this
    Log a fault and close it Click Log fault and close. Do this if the fault was addressed. By doing this, Maintenix makes a record of the problem and the work done to address it. Maintenix creates a work package, includes the fault in the work package, completes both the fault and the work package.
    Log a fault and defer it Click Log fault and defer. Do this for faults that are not urgent, but should be fixed at a later maintenance visit.
    Log a fault and leave it open Click Log fault and leave open.
    Log a fault and request a part Click Log fault and request part immediately. Do this for faults that must be addressed and a part is needed immediately.
