Send shipments

You can send a shipment only after all items included in the shipment are recorded in Maintenix as picked, and all of the items are at the dock location. The Ready for Shipping check box on the Shipment Details page indicates if these conditions have been met.

After the shipment has shipped, record the shipping details in Maintenix.

  1. On the Shipment Details page, click Send Shipment.
  2. On the Send Shipment page, provide the requested information and click OK.
