Employee Analysis Report
Purpose
The Employee Analysis model enables analysis of employee headcount in different dimensions. This is based on the headcount snapshot taken each month. It enables the analysis of information such as work experience by gender, gender diversity, headcount increase/decrease by month, etc.
Key Metrics
- Period headcount and FTE by organization, job, and position
- Gender diversity ratio
- Headcount trends by reporting year
- Average work experience by location, age group, gender, and job title
- Average period FTE and headcount
- Headcount by age group and employment type
- Employee start and end employment percentage (turnover)
- Leavers by reason for leaving
