It enables maintenance teams to track work order execution, analyze costs by work type and equipment, monitor failure trends, and evaluate maintenance performance over time. The dashboard supports both reactive and preventive maintenance strategies by providing insights into Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and cost distribution.
Key Metrics
- Total cost, work order count, and late started/finished orders
- Number of failures and work order status distribution
- Cost and hours by work order type (Corrective, Preventive, Scheduled)
- Top equipment by cost and hours
- Failures per period and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)
- Cost and hours trends by work type and resource type over time
