Incident Analysis Report
Purpose
The Incident Analysis model enables detailed analysis of workplace health and safety related incidents, e.g., counts by reporting month, reportable incidents, incidents categorized by severity, etc.
Key Metrics
- Injury/illness person count and incident count by severity
- Incidents by class, reporting month, and reportability status
- Days Away from Work Cases (DAWC) and Restricted Work Cases (RWC)
- Medical treatment and loss of consciousness cases
- Total reportable cases, days lost, and Average Time Lost Rate (ATLR)
- Injury vs illness breakdown and treatment type distribution
