Auto-created orders

When the stock low action is POREQ and the stock number is configured for auto-creation and auto-issue of purchase orders, the purchase contact on the automatically created orders is the MXPURCHASE system user.

To find auto-created orders and assign them to a purchasing agent, you can search for orders using a combination of filters and then bulk assign the orders found. For example, you might filter the order search with the following options depending how you divide work among purchasing agents:

Purchase contact: MXPURCHASE and purchase type.
Purchase contact: MXPURCHASE and vendor.
